I was having trouble with my course…
I was having trouble with my course starting certification having the wrong information (twice), and Kie Wong was able to reset my information and also send it to escalation to get the information correct. They were super helpful and kind! TY

Great spokesperson for this company! Ria!
Ria was very patient- and I do mean patient. Both my husband & I had a very frustrating experience trying to login in to our account once the course had been paid for. We started yesterday and finally gave up after resetting our password multiple times. Ria figured out that because we had taken this course in the past, it might be better to use our username instead of our email address. Even her voice kept me less agitated with the whole process. She is a great asset to her department!
