After completing the course in Jan 2026, the certificate was suppsoe to be mailed; however, after multiple attempts over the course of 4 months, the certificate still hasn't been delivered, and I lost time and value from the 4 months of not having the ceritifciate. I reached out to the support group but they didn't answer my questions and the longer the certificate is missing the less time the certificate is valid for. Extremely poor customer experience, and waste of value

False advertisement never received my certificate

PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY - I wish I knew beforehand - I was almost done with the test and then missed a few questions on a section then they make you take the ENTIRE test again and not just the section where you answered incorrectly - not to mention it froze over the weekend and there is NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT on weekends when most people have the time to take the course - now I have to pay for another class and start from the beginning - awful company!!

Ii registed to take the 6hr defense course said no final exam after chapter they give u quiz dont fall for trap u fail the quiz after aylny chapter they lock u out and have to repay again to continue the course

My husband is doing a defensive driving course through a different company right next to me and his experience has been so much better. He just glides through the modules. American Safety Council / Fusion A Certus Solution instead keeps logging me out and takes forever to load the next screen. There a million extra steps to get to the next page here, each with long loading times.

Nastiest company I ever encounter. From 2 .5 months ago they keep saying we shipped your card and you will receive it by 2 weeks and every 2 weeks they saying we send it today after 6 times sill same thing. If I could reach the owner of this company I would show him what is look like to be disrespectful.

I can't get the course to work. I spent a lot of money on this class. I tried to do it on à desktop computer and failed. Then I tried on an IPAD and that was even worse. I couldn't verify my identity and I couldn't even view the class on the iPad. You get what you pay for I guess.

I wasted 3 hrs signing up and starting the course. The number of bugs I encountered forced me to ask for a refund (which was granted minus $5). These include being prevented to proceed despite having completed all interactions and being asked for a bio-metric voice print yet prevented by the system to do so as indicated by a red error message. I used the phone chat for the above problems. In the first chat instance my computer suddenly showed I was allowed to continue (obviously something was changed on their side), then I was asked for a voice print all while the chat disappeared. I was given three attempts and 30 seconds/attempt all while the system displayed an error in red that I could not record my voice print (despite my mic functioning). I initiated the chat again with the same person and they were quick to offer a refund minus $5. Something not right with this software and I would recommend another company or doing the course live.
