I ordered a loaded pick guard and made the initial payment. Shortly after that we moved to Kentucky. Before that I swore I paid off the pick guard. But without any email or text stating that I hadn’t, how was I supposed to know? Well I tried to order an amp on payments, but no one even mentioned that I was in collections for the pick guard- Well I was denied the amp and the Collections department without notifying me took the payment out. That’s not right, especially since the account is a joint account with my wife I tried to explain that to Jason, the collection mgr and he acted like he could care less. I hope none of my musician friends and I have a lot of them. Ever ask me my opinion of AMS, it won’t be favorable

Hello! The pickguard you ordered was placed on our 6 payment plan, of which only the first 3 payments were made. The terms and conditions of the payment plan are that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that there is a valid payment method with the necessary funds on your account when each payment is due. When a new order was placed on your account we used that payment method to collect the past due balance from your previous order.
