Ordered something just and hour ago was told everything went through okay gave the gentleman my card number stated it would be here by Friday next thing I know I get abd email 30 minutes later stating could not be shipped something to do with I hadn't done business with them before after taking all that time on the phone do not do business with this place

I have received 3 bad basses from AMS the 4th was finally good. All basses over 1400$ 1 didn't even come in original manufacture box and I sent it back same day as it control knob was jacked. They charged me 25$ restocking fee because it didn't come back in manufacture box. SMH. They have charged me for labels to return them too when they came in messed up. Each time I mailed them back same or next day.

Terrible customer service. Definitely get that sketchy scammy vibe from this company. Customer service is definitely depressing at best. And it doesn't matter which person you get they are all Terrible. Definitely buy elsewhere. There are much better and cheaper places out there. Got a feeling they would steal info or do anything possible to rip me off.

AMS sold me an absolutely useless Shure ear buds. These $60 buds are supposed to be sound isolating and the photo is of a drummer listening while playing along. Let me tell you: These buds are very expensive AND they DO NOT isolate any sound. All sound in the entire neighborhood is heard. AND, there is NO BASS or MIDDLE. Just 1965 treble like an old AM transistor radio. AND...if you happen to tap the wire, you get nice tapping sounds in your ear! SHURE has really sold me garbage and AMS won't refund my money. Shop ELSEWHERE!!

I’ve spent at least 7000.00 within the past 2 years on merchandise from this company. The last item I was buying was 70.00 more expensive than other stores so I asked them to match. I was told if you use the payment plan you are not entitled to the price match. There is zero customer loyalty with these people if I would have known this I would have taken my business elsewhere. Live and learn i guess but do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere!

Had two solid experiences. Made my orders. Received product. Things seemed normal. Until you have any issue. My first interaction with customer service was bizarre to say the least. They are either disrespectful and nonchalant. Or fairly friendly but cannot legitimately answer questions. They hard credit check even on items that specifically say “no credit check.” They are consistently dishonest about advertised shipping dates with fake countdown timers. They messed up my address twice, on their end, and tried to charge me a reroute fee for their mistake. I have not had a customer support member take any responsibility for a single issue (they deflect everything) nor explain how they resolved anything. I’m assuming this attitude is coming from management. Either a crappy culture at this place or a complete lack of training. As a small business owner I hate to say it but Amazon is winning for a reason. After several bad experiences with AMS, I have realized how good other retailers are. It was fun while it lasted AMS. Buyers beware....it is a gamble to shop here.

Hard credit checking is crappy. I've spent thousands of dollars with this company, and I buy quite frequently, so I don't appreciate a hard credit check with every purchase... I mean one should suffice.

The WORST buying experience I’ve ever had in 35 years of music. Used their financing option online, order was cancelled. Called and spoke to a salesman and was informed the order would be seen through. Four days later it was cancelled. I had received an email the night before asking me to call to verify some info. I called first thing the next day, They had cancelled the order. Reason stated was that my email hadn’t been verified. They had my SSN, address, card info, an 811 credit score, etc., yet they cancelled more than a $1000.00 order because they stated I hadn’t verified my email. LOL. This is idiotic business. Went elsewhere and will never return to AMS, nor suggest them.
