Enjoyed talking with the owner several years back on the phone. Have bought a few items (bullion) and service was good over the last several years. Would like more offers (numismatic coins) via mail or email unless this is not a policy for customers on a somewhat limited budget.

A few years ago, American Federal boasted buying of platinum was a great investment when it was around 1200 which at that time was lower than gold. They said it should be higher than gold. Since then platinum that I invested in is worth a little more than 50% of what I paid! NO GOOD ADVICE as far as I am concerned.
