These people are an f-ing joke. I tried doing business with them two times, each time they just gave me the runaround. Seriously, I have been dealing in antique collectibles for over 35 years, and I have never had as bad an experience as with these guys.

We are sorry to hear about this experience. When paying by check, there is a 10 day hold, and shipping can take up to 10 days or more, especially over the holidays. Feel free to reach out to us if we can be of any assistance.

I placed this order on 10/17. I didn't realize it would take this long. The least you could have done would be to ship it next day.

No follow through. I had to call to get my order sent. Very unprofessional.

A few years ago, American Federal boasted buying of platinum was a great investment when it was around 1200 which at that time was lower than gold. They said it should be higher than gold. Since then platinum that I invested in is worth a little more than 50% of what I paid! NO GOOD ADVICE as far as I am concerned.
