Michele Sapero was a great AmFed ambassador! Super helpful, engaging, made it feel more like a trusted friendship than a transaction which is a breath of fresh air. She made the transaction very easy. I will continue to ask for her any time I need help with my account.

For me everything is about relationship. I call AM FED because of the personal touch I get from your people. Carl Ladas is always courteous, responsive and professional. He takes care of business and provides great customer service with a sense of urgency I seldom experience.

Everyone with whom I spoke was courteous and professional. The transaction was efficient and my purchase was delivered as promised. The unabashed inclusion of the Constitution and Declaration were the maraschino on top. Well done all.
