What an Experience!! We had the most incredible time going from Texas to the Grand Canyon and then Disney Land! So much time spent with our kids and going through parks and seeing BEARS playing out in their own habitat! This was our 3rd time within 10 yrs to Rent from American Dream Vacations and we have never had any problems with their service team. They are all Professionals and outstanding individuals!! God Bless Them!

Untrustworthy company, made us pay for damage we didn’t do. Not recommended

Damage collection is the least favorite part of our job, but is necessary as every vehicle we rent is individually owned. Video documentation with customer participation is an integral part of the pre-trip process. This is done to avoid discrepancies thereby protecting the vehicle, vehicle owner, you as the renter and the company. Often times, customers don't feel they are responsible for new damage if the vehicle had any amount of prior damage. However, all damages are repaired either during an off-season or as part of coming out of the rental program.

Rented a camper over a month ago. Received my check-in email confirming the unit had been turned in with no defaults. Still haven't received my deposit back. Called and spoke to manager, he said unit was damaged, but couldn't tell me how, plus it had been rerented before they were able to inspect it.?.? I'll never rent from Happy Trails RV in Lebanon, Mo again!

They rented out our RV and the people that rented it wrecked it (the damage was extensive) and then they rented it out again while it was wrecked and the engine blew and I feel that probably happened due to the wreck. They tried to hide the wreck and damage from us and held us responsible for the payment for the motor and other stuff. They were rude and unprofessional. They also had us pay for the oil changes and propane even though while they made money. I do not understand why we had to pay for the propane while their customers used the RV. I would question it and get indirect answers.

Great company from top to bottom. So glad to be apart of it.

We really appreciate the local area set-up and return option.

The air conditioner stopped working after 2 days. The cabinet door fell of its hinges. the mechanism that opens one of the windows was broken. We used one of their hitches but it was too high. Everytime a semi passed us it took everything I had to keep my truck on the highway. We had to stop and buy another hitch. All in all it was a miserable trip.
