It took me over 3 hours to complete my pickup. It was done with the wrong hitch. Trailer had no driving lights (which I didn't discover until after dark) It was not completely dumped prior to my pick up so we had a terrible smell for the two days. The hitch unattached while I returned. When I explained all of this to them. they gave me a "one night" stay on my next 3 day rental. No refund or partial. They acted as if I were running a scam. Or they just didn't care.

It has been awhile since we were able to take an "American Dream Vacation", but their equipment was always clean and in good repair when we could use them. Hoping to, once again, be able to partake of their facilities.

The people are really great at American Dream Vacations; this was our 2nd time renting an RV, but this time the particular RV had some issues, so my husband had to use his "McIver" skills multiple times. All in all we still had a great time.

I rented twice. Both times horrible. First time they forgot the battery. They immediately assume you will damage the unit. Never again. Not worth it.

The heater in our RV leaked gas....so we had to turn off the heater duri g the night. It was freezing. No adjustment in the price offered.

We were first time campers. American Dream Vacations made the experience easy and a pleasure.

All I can say is that it’s the only place I’ll ever choose to share our special moments with. Awesome !!!

Only one camper was I not fully satisfied with, but you no longer have that unit, thank God. The last unit I unit I used twice, and loved it. I'm looking forward to the new unit you picked for me. It has a shower stall instead of a tub. Steve Reichert
