Terrible company. Will never rent from them again or refer anyone to him. We rent RVs often from other companies and have never had a problem. We got charged an additional $50 for "not filling the gas tanks" which we did twice and $125 for a "tree scrape" when there was not ONE tree around the entire trip. The owner, Randy, refused to call us back after we called several times and when we did finally talk to him he was very rude and wasn't willing to negotiate on anything. Very poor customer service. Don't waste your money.

Great company to deal with. Have used them in Texas and in Georgia and great experience. They really go out of their way to make your trip one you wont forget.

We have rented multiple times from here and have always had great service, nice choice of motorhomes, and rates are very good also.

I paid a $300 deposit on a rental. Soon after we paid the deposit the Utah location that we paid closed. When we paid the deposit they told us we could use the deposit towards any rental at any "American Dream Vacation" location. After I found out the Utah location closed I called the Flordia location in Hope's to plan a trip in Flordia. They said we could only use the $300 at the location we paid the deposit. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. We should have been given our $300 deposit back when the Utah location closed! DO NOT RENT FROM AMERICAN DREAM VACATION! THIS COMPANY IS DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH AND IF YOU LOOK AT THE REVIEWS ITS OBVIOUS THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Don't spend a dime with this company! It's not just the employee's behavior, we had a multitude of problems with several different RVs. Our vacation was completely ruined because of the poor quality/unsatisfactory conditions of the rentals but also because of the inept customer service! Nyles was absolutely no help and when we tried to seek further assistance from other employees we were either dismissed or treated disrespectfully. If you rent an RV from here be warned that the refund/reimbursement form is an 8 1/2" x 11" lined paper titled "Reimbursement Form"... This is how they say, "Sorry, we gave you a bad RV and caused you to incur additional costs, but submit this form and it will be reviewed at a later date and good luck on getting any of your money back because you already paid".

We rented an rv for the first time to take our grandkids on a trip. The rig was nice, roomy, and comfortable. We would definitely do it again! We had an amazing experience! Thank you to everyone at America dream vacations!

Don Zamora, is a great salesman ... he guided us through the entire process: learning about our interests, identifying the right RV to meet our needs, explaining the contract, providing us with training, and making the entire process a pleasure. American Dream Vacations is a world class company. I highly recommend them. Great software as well!
