Placed an order and there was a tiny hiccup. The Customer service team was on it immediately and helped with everything, even going above and beyond to make me happily. Definitely a company that puts the customer first, no questions ask! I'm a forever customer for how great they handled everything!

Good customer service - turned a potentially negative experience into a positive. I ordered a book that ended up being out of stock. After searching for it, they gave me a full refund and offered to send me another book for free to make up for the error. A really nice touch.

I recently ordered My Confession by Samuel Chamberlain, which was listed as being in "very good" condition. I received the book, not in very good condition, but in virtually new condition, and in about half the time it was supposed to take to arrive. Nicely done.
