American BeadboardReviews of americanbeadboard.com

Great product and excellent customer service! 6 years after our basement buildout, I needed to make some renovations, adding HVAC, and needed some replacement trim pieces. I am delighted to report the team at American Beadboard was able to accommodate us and shipped it out to us expeditiuously! Thank you!!

American Beadboard was absolutely wonderful to work with. They met their delivery commitments and were available to answer questions all during our project. I can't say enough about this company!

Quality of the products is excellent. Quality control......we did receive several trim pieces which were damaged, Both times we ordered. We had to order additional trim, which also came with some significant damage. It was not worth the hassle to return them and order and possibly shipping costs, because we were able to place those pieces behind the vanity, so they weren't seen. A different scenario, could have been a time costly mistake.

The product quality was excellent and looks great in my 1916 Dutch colonial home.

Great price great quality

I'm in the process of doing a major restoration on our Master Bathroom with a new Free Standing Tub and a total retile of all the floors, walls and walk-in shower. My wife asked if I could put Bead Board on three sides of her new tub. I shopped around for a high quality Bead Board that was not full of knots. As we felt they were for Farm House Decor. I came accross American Bead Board and never felt better. Even though it was Christmas Holiday season They did a great job of shipping my three Kits on a timely basis. They actully beat their committment by 4 days. I orderd 36 pieces of wood and I only had one damaged board. They replaced it in 5 days and next week I will start to paint and install it. My wife and I are very excited about the projected outcome. I should be done with it in a week. Thanks again American Bead Board it was a pleasure dealing with a professional company who really is concerned about their customers. John & Marge Altonen - North Port, Florida

Ordered a sample, quickly received the sample and expect to ordera beadboard kit in the near future. Very impressed by the sample and the speed of the transaction.

The sample I purchased arrived after 10 days and was broken. This was a total waste of time and money. Customer Service was very nice and notified me within 10 minutes of my review. They will refund the cost of the broken sample. Offered me a new one but it is too late.
