Product came unprimed and added several days of labor to my contractors. Once completed very good product but not as advertised.

Eric, Our panels have never been primed and our pictures show they are unprimed. So sorry that you thought they were primed. Best regards, Bob

The sample I purchased arrived after 10 days and was broken. This was a total waste of time and money. Customer Service was very nice and notified me within 10 minutes of my review. They will refund the cost of the broken sample. Offered me a new one but it is too late.

Kim, we are so sorry that we did not meet your expectations. We always try to ship in a timely manner and not sure why it would take 10 days to arrive. We will ship you a new sample tomorrow. I left you a voicemail so you can follow up with a call if you would like. Best regards Bob

Maybe my misunderstanding but I thought the beadboard was wood and not manufactured material. Also was not informed that the delivery would require me to unload from tractor trailer, and there would be an extra charge for lift gate delivery.

Our Premium MDF (medium density fiberboard) beadboard is better than wood because it is more stable. Wood beadboard will expand and contract with humidity up to 3x as much as MDF and that is why gaps will appear with wood beadboard. This was a large 9 kit order that weighed over 600 lbs so in order to minimize shipping charges we shipped it with a freight company. We always attempt to contact our customers when we ship with a freight company to explain the process ahead of time and our freight carriers always will call residential customers and schedule the curb side delivery.

too bulky / thick in my opinion. I would like a choice of grooves as both sides the grooves are pretty far apart and large. Molding is very thick as well. Much bigger profile that I want. Prompt shipping. May go with tile instead.

Barbara, sorry it did not meet your needs. The 5/8" thick beadboard is our niche and our slogan is "A Cut Above The Rest" because of the deep beads and high quality poplar moldings.
