Overall a very good product. One panel had a nick/dent on what you would call the female side of the panel, opposite the tongue side and about 10 inches of baseboard had a crack. Luckily we had extra and was able to work around the two defects. The website says to paint the entire thing once installed, nah, I painted the panels chair rail and baseboard on horses before installation, Way easier and it came out fine. Just touched up spots after installation. Very satisfied with product.

Donald, thank you for your review and kind words about the product! We’re truly sorry to hear about the nick on the panel and the cracked baseboard—we’d be happy to replace those for you if needed. We appreciate you sharing your approach to painting before installation and are glad it worked out well. We typically recommend painting post-installation to avoid any potential issues with paint buildup in the joints, but it sounds like your skill made all the difference. Thanks again for your feedback—we’re thrilled you’re satisfied with the result!

When we received the correct product it was great. There was a delay due to the wrong style of board being shipped initially. However, the responsiveness and desire to make everything right was excellent. Our client is delighted with the water-resistant bead board for the laundry room walls. Installer also thinks it is a great product.

I placed two orders with America Beadboard. The first was for 2 kits and the second was for individual pieces. The initial orders were shipped within a timely fashion; however, the first order was missing 12 MDF panels. It took several emails and phone conversations to correct.

Warren, We pride ourselves on being very responsive. I pulled up your 4 emails and 5 phone calls and we responded within 30 minutes of the first email with a call. We did not answer one call that was after our shop closed for the day. I apologize for your second order missing 12 panels and we shipped immediately once we figured out the details with you. Best regards, Bob

Good quality, but small chips in panel and baseboard

Very well made product. Ordering was easy and it was delivered as promised. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars was that my client did not like the profile of the top cap. I ended up having to make my own which was a little bit of a hassle. Would be nice to have some choices in the profile of the top cap....maybe something more traditionally colonial?
