American Beadboard is a cut above the rest! We make premium Beadboard and Shiplap/V-Groove Panels with 5/8" thick Moisture Resistant MDF and Fire Rated Class A MDF.Our mission is to provide great panels that are reasonably priced that will ship in 5 to 7 business days. Our American Beadboard has deep bead grooves which separates it from the run of a mill cheap beadboard that is on the market. We make our panels from 2 types of MDF:Moisture Resistant MDF Beadboard which is ideal for damp/moisture locations such as bathrooms and basements Fire Rated Class A MDF Beadboard which are ideal for interior use in public areas such as schools, hotels hospitals and restaurants.

You forgot to ship it.
You forgot to ship it. Caused great delay and return trips for carpenters and painters who live an hour and a half away from the project. Delayed acceptance and occupancy of a five million dollar beach house. When it did ship the carrier informed me on Friday January 6th it would be delivered on Monday January 9th. At 3 oclock on the ninth I called the carrier. They informed me at that time that the material would be delivered on Tuesday not Monday. So I drove an hour to their depot and waited an hour for them to find and release my order. I did this because I had men scheduled to install the material Tuesday and painters coming today, Wednesday. My motto in all matters is " Aways do the right thing" No excuses Ron Dilks

I only got 1 out of 2 of the boards I…
I only got 1 out of 2 of the boards I ordered. I tried contacting the store but never heard back about a refund.

Angela, you ordered 2 FT of baseboard and we shipped 2 FT of baseboard. I went back and verified the FedEx records and the box was 25" long and the weight was correct for a 2 FT piece of molding. I tried calling a couple of times but there was no answer. Please call when you have a moment and we can reconcile this issue. Best regards, Bob

I have NOT installed the product yet!
I have NOT installed the product yet, but got tired of emails asking to rate. When I install the Beadboard, I am confident the product will earn 5 stars.

David, we apologize for any inconvenience these emails might have caused you. Our system will send out a rating request 3 weeks after a sale and then once again one week later as a reminder if necessary. I reviewed your orders and you had a sample sale on Jan 29th and a beadboard order on Feb 7th so that is why it might have seemed like a lot, but at most it will be 1 rating email with 1 reminder per sale. I would love for you to re-rate once you have installed the beadboard. If you have any questions with regards to installation and or painting do not hesitate to call us for assistance.
