I placed two orders with America…
I placed two orders with America Beadboard. The first was for 2 kits and the second was for individual pieces. The initial orders were shipped within a timely fashion; however, the first order was missing 12 MDF panels. It took several emails and phone conversations to correct.
Response from American BeadboardOct 10, 2023
Warren, We pride ourselves on being very responsive. I pulled up your 4 emails and 5 phone calls and we responded within 30 minutes of the first email with a call. We did not answer one call that was after our shop closed for the day. I apologize for your second order missing 12 panels and we shipped immediately once we figured out the details with you. Best regards, Bob
