I recently had the pleasure of using Denver from American Haul LLC for transporting my vehicle across the country, and I can confidently say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I reached out for a quote, the customer service was outstanding. The representative I spoke with was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions. They provided a transparent breakdown of the costs involved, ensuring there were no hidden fees or surprises down the line. The scheduling process was seamless. They offered flexible pickup and delivery options that worked perfectly with my timeline. I was impressed by their punctuality; the driver arrived exactly when they said they would, and I appreciated the updates I received throughout the transport process. It was reassuring to know where my car was at all times. When my vehicle arrived, it was in pristine condition-exactly as I had left it. The driver was professional and took the time to walk me through the delivery process, ensuring I was satisfied before signing off. It was clear that they take great pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. What truly sets American Haul LLC apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. They followed up after the delivery to ensure everything went smoothly and to see if I had any further questions. This level of care is rare in today's fast-paced world, and it made me feel valued as a customer. In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend American Haul LLC, especially talk to the guy Denver Alfonso, to anyone in need of vehicle transport. Their combination of excellent customer service, professionalism, and reliability is truly commendable. If you want peace of mind when shipping your car, look no further than American Haul LLC. They have earned my trust, and I will definitely use their services again in the future!

They are a scam artist, and Denver is the biggest scammer of them all. I got 5 quotes they were the lowest but not by much. I paid them $280 which is what the contract they sent me to pay. I paid them with my credit card. However, when the driver arrived with the car, I had to pay him another $250 to leave the car. This was the higer than any other quote I had received. They are a rip off artist do not use them!!

I\'ve used American Haul multiple times now for transporting my vehicle, and each experience has been consistently excellent. From the very first booking, I’ve found their team to be professional, reliable, and easy to work with. Every time I’ve scheduled a transport, they’ve provided accurate pickup and delivery windows, and the drivers have always arrived on time — sometimes even earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise.\n\nOne thing I really appreciate is how transparent and communicative they are throughout the entire process. Whether it\'s confirming the details of the order, updating me on the driver’s estimated arrival time, or answering my questions, their customer service has always been friendly, responsive, and helpful.\n\nThe drivers American Haul works with are also very reliable. My vehicles have always been picked up and delivered in great condition, and I’ve never had to worry about delays or mishandling. It’s clear they work with professionals who take pride in what they do.\n\nOverall, I’ve had no issues or complaints — which is rare in the transport industry — and that level of consistency is why I keep coming back. I confidently recommend American Haul to anyone looking for a dependable and trustworthy auto transport service.

I had driver Denver Alfonso work with me and get my car to me with confidence. Trusting someone carrying your car across the country is hard so this is a relief.

DO NOT USE American Haul to transport your Vehicle. The give very cheap quick quotes to entice vehicles owners and then once contract is signed, the spike the price in the name of a lack of other vehicles. They display a lack of transparency and integrity. Do not make my mistake.
