We truly enjoyed our adventure to Israel and we learned much of the ancient land by actually being there rather than through books, and for that aspect we give 5 stars. The difficulty in traveling by air was extremely difficult for us and we have vowed to never attempt to travel by air again. We had not traveled since 1977 when we left Iran and we had virtually no memory of the cramped seating, and near impossibility to rest, on top of the 40 plus hours of being awake our bodies were not used to, I had not attempted to be awake for that length of time since I soldered many decades ago. The travel aspect was not anticipated and had we known the difficulty our bodies would go through we would not have made the trip. After returning home and resting, we have a lot of memories and thoughts to consider and all in all, we are happy we made the decision to go to Israel, it was a once in a life time adventure for sure, and it will be our last adventure of this type.

There were many great things about AIT. They were there to pick us up at the airport even though we arrived a day early. All the hotels were GREAT 5 star hotels with fantastic breakfasts & dinners. AIT checked us in before we arrived. We NEVER had to stand in line for a check-in. All the hotels brought our luggage up to our rooms for us. All hotel tips were taken care of by AIT in advance. Evenings were free with dinner the only planned event. Country guides were knowledgeable, approachable & very friendly. Our group was 24 people, which was wonderful. The total price was attractive compared to other travel companies. I would definitely recommend AIT to other people. Downsides...We never had more than 10 minutes at each site to reflect & meditate. That 10 minutes included using the restroom & getting back to the bus. Because our Holy Land tour was made up mainly of Christians, 20-30 minutes of time for reflection & meditation would have been much better. In Jordan, we spent 30 minutes at a disabled persons jewelry shop (that had very expensive mosaics) instead of having more time to meditate & reflect on Mount Nebo.

Israel Holy Land tour was exhilarating and exhausting in a wonderful way. Bruce made the Holy Land tour very memorable. We would recommend this tour to anyone and especially with Bruce. He is passionate, kind, extremely knowledgeable and caring. We will be revisiting our journey many times because of the information Bruce shared with us. The continuation of the journey into Athens Greece was not as expected. The quality of that leg of the tour was poor. The guides were not eager to share the Christian history with any kind of heart felt excitement. In fact one tour guide we had in Athens museum pointed out any information on Christian history i.e. Pauls first teachings to the Gentiles in Athens. She was adbrupt and when she ended the tour in the Athens museum she adbruptly walked away from the group with no good byes. Just left the group to figure out what to do. Athens was a waste of time with her. The hotel staff were rude. They gave us no options as to what to do in Athens, it always felt like we were bothering them. The second place we stayed at in Athens was wonderful, friendly staff and loads of help. I would recommend the tour for Israel but not for Athens Greece.

Visitamos muchos lugares en poco tiempo ! La comida muy buena me gustó no recomiendo que vallan personas grandes de edad que no puedan caminar! Este viaje es de mucho caminar.. no me gustó espererar 10 hrs. En turkey para tomar el siguiente avión a Los Angeles..

Enjoyable week. Group was too big. We felt a bit rushed at times. Hotels were fine but there was combat dining in a couple of them. History was well presented, but setting of more depth of background PRIOR to arriving locations would have been beneficial. Geological coverage of the country was excellent and allowed travelers to prioritize what each wanted to focus on in detail for the next trip to Israel. The driver did an outstanding job.

We should have been informed about all the walking involved. The streets are uneven and not comfortable. Anyone with disabilities should have fore knowledge. Our tour guide (Bruce) went above and beyond to help those on our tour with disabilities, to help them see and hear and do what they were capable of. He was very sensitive to the needs of my brother in particular. The tour was exceptional. I found that when I used my journal and took notes, it was much easier to remember things and events we got to see and do. After getting home and reading some scripture we were excited to say we'very been there. This tour really makes the Bible come to life.

the tour is so wonderful. I can visit all special places which Jesus lived and preached. my group is small , there are 16 people who are so good and friendly. however, two things make me dissatisfied: my group is not Catholic group. and you did not give time to perform Mass at Jesus' Tomb as I required before I booked this tour. you promised with me, I can perform Mass but you did not keep your promise. anyway, thank you so much.

Everything was great, but you had my last name spelled wrong the entire time. It's spelled Swearengen. Thank you
