We requested a Catholic guide but our guide was not Catholic. Some of his interpretations of the Gospel were not Catholic. Also, stops for kibbutz winery and diamond store were not on our itinerary but meant for commercial shopping purposes and took up time. Also, they never found us an ATM on the whole trip. The Masada tour took up too much time and is not important for Catholics. Zvi was polite and bus driver was very good. On other tours I've been on, the guide during the bus trip faces the group to give commentary. It would have been helpful but I understand that it is not safe while bus is moving. Hotels were OK but glitches like room keys that don't work ( 3 times for me at Dead Sea hotel).

Bus driver and guide were amazing. Hotels were old, but nice. Food was good. Some changes made to the itinerary.

Fantastic Israel in depth tour. Benny was a very skillful driver. Ishai was the best guide - very knowlegable, very engaging and obviously a great lover and very proud of his homeland. The many places on the tour took us were very worthwhile, historical and interesting. My only fault with the tour is that the time allotted for shopping opportunties at the various malls and shopping areas was too long. The shopping time cut into the time we had at some of the amazing museums where I would have loved to have stayed longer.

More description of sites on the bus while traveling resulting less standing on sites listening to tour guide. Need to arrange better airplane seats, we called airline and talked in the airport about it but could not change seats.

Overall tour was excellent. The lunch stops were disappointing. We were brought to malls to eat in food courts, not being able to experience native foods. Museum selections were very good. Needed more time at the Museum of the Jewish People. Tour was rushed. The hotel locations and amenities were very good. Tour guide was very knowledgeable. The itinerary we received was not followed. Too much time was spent at markets for shopping.

It was a wonderful trip. Lots of memories made. America Israel Tours went above and beyond in filling their end of the contract. Would recommend this tour group to others.

The tour and tour guide were absolutely fantastic. I was not happy with the office services in planing our flight and I understand from others phone calls were not returned. Working with office was different then last tour I did. I was not satisfied with them.

Guide and driver exceptionally friendly. Their personalities added to the fun. A group with fewer people would work better because some sites were so full of people. One day was packed with too many activities. Otherwise, a great tour.
