I purchased a pair of The Hybrid before my trip to Europe. I was looking for an option that could help me with some plantar fasciitis symptoms knowing that I was about to walk every day during my trip. I wore my shoes 2 or 3 times before departing and immediately became extremely comfortable. Buying Amberjack shoes was a great decision. They are extremely comfortable, phenomenal quality and they look awesome. THANK YOU Amberjack.

Avoid Amberjack at all costs. Not only are their shoes not very comfortable, but they constantly have delivery problems, including delivering the wrong product as well as wrong sizes and widths. And it requires tons of legwork on the part of the customer to rectify. Bad products and worse service. I recently received the completely wrong shoes, and it has taken hours of my time to get through to Amberjack, communicate my issue, receive their return label, and trudge around to find a Fedex shop to return the product. I was promised that the replacement would be sent via overnight shipping. It wasn't. I was promised that I would receive a wallet as compensation for all my wasted time. It wasn't sent. I was promised a phone call from a manager to discuss the issue. No call was received.

Customer service is HORENDOUS!!! Order delayed almost two months - no customer service number readily available - online chat on their webiste isn't live and can be hours to respond. Found a customer service number finally and that went to an answering machine. Meanwhile they have my money and I have nothing to show for it. They may or may not have great shoes but their CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE.

My husband loves Amberjacks! I have gotten him 7 pairs now-- not kidding:). He started with the original honey dress shoes, then the chestnut, then the suede loafers in grey and in blue, the Tux shoes, the leather loafers, and most recently the white Drift sneakers. They are very stylish and good looking, and super comfortable. He wore the original dress shoes on our trip to Italy and was walking about 16,000 steps per day in them. Each order has arrived promptly and nicely packaged. oh, almost forgot, I also got him a brown belt and a set of the socks..all great! Highly recommend.

Amazingly comfortable shoes and great looking. I travel a lot and Amberjack is the perfect shoe that combines great looks and all day comfort. I have 5 pairs and customer service was excellent every order.

Couldn't be happier with my Amberjack dress shoes. I have two pairs of the originals and more recently bought the Regents. They are by far the most comfortable dress shoes I've owned (notably the leather is much softer and the heal support better) and the older ones have held up well. The price point is also reasonable. Would certainly recommend!
