Avoid Amberjack at all costs. Not only are their shoes not very comfortable, but they constantly have delivery problems, including delivering the wrong product as well as wrong sizes and widths. And it requires tons of legwork on the part of the customer to rectify. Bad products and worse service. I recently received the completely wrong shoes, and it has taken hours of my time to get through to Amberjack, communicate my issue, receive their return label, and trudge around to find a Fedex shop to return the product. I was promised that the replacement would be sent via overnight shipping. It wasn't. I was promised that I would receive a wallet as compensation for all my wasted time. It wasn't sent. I was promised a phone call from a manager to discuss the issue. No call was received.

Shoes never shipped and customer service does not reply.

Customer service is HORENDOUS!!! Order delayed almost two months - no customer service number readily available - online chat on their webiste isn't live and can be hours to respond. Found a customer service number finally and that went to an answering machine. Meanwhile they have my money and I have nothing to show for it. They may or may not have great shoes but their CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE.

Placed my order and 10 days later still no shipping information. Customer service is impossible to reach. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Ordered a belt and was sent the wrong size THREE times. Just gave up and returned in the end. Wasted calls and messages where I was promised it would be corrected, and three trips to Fedex for returns. Insane incompetency.

Can't figure out how to ship products to save their lives. 2 months since I ordered and the shoes haven't shipped. I emailed asking for updates after a month and was told I had "pre-ordered," which was baloney. The service team told me products would ship within 2 more weeks. Well, 2 weeks later and I get another email saying now it'll be another 2 weeks. Avoid at all costs if you actually want your order to be delivered.

I bought a pair of loafers from Amberjack. I waited almost a week. When the shoes arrived they were completely different from the shoes I ordered both the type and size. I called and they promised me that they will have my replacement shoes be sent by expedited shipping. It is 5 days now and I have not received any information on the replacement. Customer service is nonexistent and from what I saw both quality and design is subpar for the price.

This company has terrible customer service and operations. I recently purchased the Obsidian Original shoes, but instead received the Chestnut Original shoes. After going out of my way to print the return labels and send the incorrect pair back, I waited for an exchange. A week later, another package arrived — and once again, they shipped the wrong color (Chestnut instead of Obsidian). I emailed their support team for help and received no response at all. The most frustrating part is the complete lack of accountability for their repeated mistakes. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with multiple shipping errors, wasted time, and unresponsive support just to receive the product they originally ordered.
