Ordered shoes; zero response (edited)
Ordered a pair of shoes on the basis of their stated delivery time, as the maximum time would have gotten to me before my wedding. 5 days later, no shipping update so I emailed the company asking for an update. Zero response, so had to do a chargeback. Of all the merchants I interacted with shopping for my wedding, this company has been, without a doubt, the worst. Which sucks because their shoes look incredible. Edit to add: company finally followed up and upgraded me to overnight shipping. Updated from 2 to 4 stars. Still lost a star because the communication re: the reason for the delay was only provided after I followed up twice
