Ambassador Passport and Visa ServicesReviews of ambassadorpassportandvisa.com

I needed the process to proceed quickly as a trip to China came up suddenly. Everything went as promised and expediently as I live in HI and had to rely on your services to walk it through the Chinese Consulate in Los Angeles. Thank you for all your help!

Made a complex process a breeze, thanks

Great service and amazing staff members!

We use Ambassador Passport and Visa for all of our Visa needs through our company. They are quick, professional and make the process of filing for a Visa easy!

Ambassador Passport and Visa Services have earned my lifetime loyalty. What they did in helping me procure a visa in a very difficult situation, jumping through hoops, going above and beyond the call of duty, was truly extraordinary. Cris, Ladan, the manager, and even the President tenaciously persisted in making those documents available in a situation that was a nightmare because of the overnight shipping company. Everything prior to had gone so smoothly. I was provided very clear information on what I had to do on my end, and received timely updates throughout the process. Feel so very lucky to have found them and will not hesitate to call them again. I feel they are family for all that they did for me. Suzanne

A very busy place , but they are most helpful in getting the job done

I needed my passport renewal A.S.A.P. so I could travel to Siapan to work on Typhoon Yutu clean-up with my company. I received my new passport even quicker than I had been told. Easy to deal with and very friendly.

I have used Ambassador Passport for several years for Visas and Passport renewals. They have always been knowledgeable, timely, pleasant and willing, on two occasions to go that extra mile. Both situations were problematic - one because of time limitations and the other because of the requirements to enter Russia. I appreciate the staff, especially the Manager.
