Amazing
I honestly was a little skeptical when hiring Mr Eade. I wanted to find someone who had experience dealing with amazon so I ended hiring Mr Eade just based on his reviews without the luxury of an in person meet (and of course during this time covid happened) There was some delays because of Covid but everything was taken care of and I am thoroughly satisfied with the process and how timely Mr Eade responded to my questions. So I would definitely recommend him especially if you are dealing with the behemoth called Amazon!

Special thanks for Darya explain to me that I don't have to purchase another package, for one ASIN complaint they will support to the end. Of course, thanks to Nadia and Kenneth for a lot of works done for me. I have a great result, the complaint is removed, the flag will remain 180 days, and it will go. I am satisfied with the result.

Very tough case! Almost lost hope
I wanted to thank Valentina and her team for the help they have been providing. The case was very tough, even one of the toughest Valentina and her team had! I created an Amazon account and the verification took to long and I created another one, this one immediately got blocked because of being related to that old account ( NEVER DO THIS!). After trying a lot of things I decided to contact Amazon Sellers Attorney. It took a long time to have the problem solved but Valentina and her team were very patient. Finally I can start my Amazon adventure. Guys, whoever is reading this. Please do not try to solve Amazon issues just by yourself, let the people, professionals in these matters do their work. TIME IS MONEY!!
