After 3 weeks of trying to have our listing reactivated (after suddenly being deactivated for unknown copyright infringement claims), we reached out to Mr. Eade and his team for legal counsel to deal with Amazon. After a week and a half, 2 appeal responses later, our listing was reactivated. Quick turnaround - when they say they will have appeal responses ready within 48 hrs, they mean it. Responsive team, with someone always returning my phone calls & emails within 12-24 hrs, usually sooner. Amazon is frustrating to deal with when it comes to sellers and having legal support to draft responses amenable to Amazon's litany of rules was a huge help. Our only quip was that the appeals assistant working with Mr. Eade needed her work reviewed by us more closely than what we expected for the rates we paid - multiple grammatical errors and we had to repeat 2x incorrect statements that needed to be corrected on the appeals statement itself.
