Complete scam
Complete scam, they are ignoring my Emails and calls. I am not complaining because they did not solve my case,I understand sometimes there is only so much they can do I am complaining because I don't like to be ignored.Very unprofessional.

First of all, we do not recognize you as a client, and you did not respond to TrustPilot's request to identify yourself. Our investigation shows you are Tanya Veleva, who has left two reviews in addition to this one, in her own name and another pseudonym. If you, indeed, are a client, you should know that, if your case has not yet been resolved, we are still working on it and will not complete our work until it your appeal has been granted or denied, and, if denied, we take it to the executive level on escalation. If your email was not returned, it was probably a normal mistake, and you are free to chat or call us 24 hours a day. There is always a competent consultant online to help you with any of your questions. That is our policy. As far as your complaint, we don't ignore anybody, and none of what you are claiming shows that we are scamming anyone, because we are not. We take pride in our full service to our clients and the fact they can call on us night or day. We are always here for them.
