I placed a rather large order. Should have been here on the 21st, Amazon said they were running late and I rescheduled it for the 23rd, again they were a no show, there's no option to ask where my parcel is either. The associate I spoke to told me that if I go back and contact them after the supposed deliver in bank holiday Monday then they will add a £5 voucher to my account. I don't want a voucher I'd like what I paid for! £8.99 a month for prime & I'm not getting the same services as the people that opt for free delivery. Absolute joke, disgusting service. Not the only bad service I've had recently, they've lost a parcel and damaged two which couldn't be delivered, they failed to inform me on those occasions too. Never going to shop with Amazon again this is the very last straw for me after more than 18 years loyal shopping.

Sono completamente deluso del servizio clienti di amazon italia. Non danno risposta certa su un rimborso per una friggitrice cecotec arrivata la prima volta distrutta dal trasporto e la seconda volta difettosa. Ci rispondono che ci dobbiamo rivolgere alla ditta venditrice, che naturalmente ci dice che loro possono fare solo la sostituzione e non il rimborso che può fare solo amazon. Sembra il cane che si morde la coda ovvero scarica barile. Trovo questo poco serio. Farò cattiva pubblicità a tutti I miei conoscenti per metterli in guardia per gli acquisti su amazon italia Servizio clienti pessimo

The headphones I purchased are garbage they sound like the sound is coming out of old rusty can, I only paid less than $30.00 I guess you get what you paid for. Ordered a roller blind opened the package to it being empty and nothing in it have tryed countless times for the past two weeks to get in touch with the seller about getting my refund back Amazon isn’t helping me either with being a loyal Amazon customer I would of thought I would have got my refund and it sorted by now but still nothing! I have been charged by amazon prime and audible for memberships that I never asked for and when I go to their site to cancel they just ask me to sign up so all my info has now been sent to the Gov scam sight

We ordered a sofa through Amazon that arrived vacuum-packed—but the packaging wasn’t properly sealed. As a result, the item developed visible mold, making it a serious health hazard. The situation was urgent, yet Amazon Customer Service was completely unhelpful. We spoke with two representatives: Sam, who repeated scripted answers and did nothing to escalate the case, and Aldrin, a so-called “manager” who pretended we were cutting off mid-call just to end the conversation. Amazon refused to offer a pickup, a refund, or any solution other than “wait for the third-party seller to respond”—which could take up to 4 days, since we reported this on a Saturday. To make matters worse, the sofa can’t be repacked, doesn’t fit in our car, and we were told we’d have to handle the return ourselves—despite it being a hazardous, bulky item. This is not how a company of Amazon’s size and reach should operate. There was no sense of urgency, no real support, and no accountability. We are now filing complaints with consumer protection agencies and escalating this case further.
