Terrible, false promises, no refund option and they deliver a really bad product!

Received my amabrush last week and tried it out, after the first attempt my teeth felt just as unclean as before. Tried it again according to some user tips to keep some water in my mouth to have the toothpaste foam more, however even after that and 6 10-second cleaning cycles there was still plaque left on my teeth. Cleaned that off with my regular electric tooth brush. Overall summary, great idea and concept, however very disappointing result in real life usage.

Hello, I receided my Amabrush and I was disapointed, even if I didn't expect much. I'm a backer from Kickstarter. First of all, I expected an Amabrush Basic Couple but I had an Amabrush Basic, so a single mouthpiece instead of 2. The packaging is really great, it seems profesional, but only in German. The product is beautiful and manufacturing seems good but totaly useless. I tried to start it in front of me to see what the Amabrush is capable of, and the result is nothing. No problem with the toothpaste, and when I start Amabrush the handpiece vibrate, but on the mouthpiece nothing move, really nothing, it's like using a toothbrush without brushing, that make no sense. To verify, I used it on my mouth and effectively, the Amabrush is doing nothing. The only thing that work it's the toothpaste. Did they test Amabrush before sending it ? I don't know how they have been able to create a thing this poor. They have bet everything on the style but they forgotten the principal content, brush teeth.

Received my amabrush a year later than the expected date. Package was nicely designed but product was unusable. Only received part of the order ‘with further rollout to come before extras will be delivered’. The bristles do not move. Contacted amabrush several times to which their reply was generic and states: “The vibrations of the mouthpiece are sufficient to achieve a cleaning result comparable to a conventional toothbrush. // Please note that many people do not clean as well and thoroughly as they should.” Basically saying it works as well as someone who sticks a toothbrush in their mouth and does nothing with it. On top of that, the pump mechanism for my amabrush isn’t working.

I backed their kickstarter, after two years, i got their product. Performance: it doesnt even remotely does what it says it does. The base only vibrates and it does a poor job to deliver those vibrations to the mouthpiece, the bristles doesnt even move. I had really high hopes for this product and so did my girlfriend, but now we dont even care that half of the accessories wasnt delivered since the product doesnt even work. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

I was waiting for delivery a year and a half, they delivered him incomplete and the product is not working, it's a scam

I can't put 0 stars, so 1 star it is, this product is pure garbage, the team behind it is shady AF, they don't communicate on the product at all, they made a shiny package but what's inside is a dildo, a piece of plastic that vibrates. I got 130€ stolen from me, they told us earlier that if the product did not reach our expectancy they would refund, guess what, they won't. We need to bury this company so people don't get scammed, internet is strong, we unite and we destroy this company's name, I really hope the class action against them goes viral and the CEO is put in jail for an 8Million dollars fraud.
