I still believe in this idea and concept. They are a young company, funded by Kickstarter backers to develop their first product. Im sure they will come up with new ideas and improved products.

I was one of the first Kickstarter Backers to receive my Amabrush. I had been excited for almost two years because it seemed like an amazing idea. I hoped to get a toothbrush which can replace the Sonicare i'm using now. All I got is a nice packaging. The device doesn't clean my teeth at all. I had no major problems with the pumping mechanism but still the vibrations are far too weak to clean anything. I even made several plaque tests just to be sure.. This device was a complete waste of money. Even a 20$ Chinese Fake version of the Amabrush (v-white) works better than this. It's not good but way better than the 100€ Amabrush. So I feel like I have been completely ripped off.

I was excited when i received the product. The first try felt good, but after testing it for a week now, i'm not happy at all with the results. This will never replace brushing my teeth with a toothbrush/electric brush. The results of the Amabrush leaves plaque and other substances.... I cannot understand how this product can havr been tested as good enogh.

Falsche Versprechen und nur Müll geliefert. Die Amabrush reinigt nicht, ist laut Interview nicht Handsfree nutzbar wie ursprünglich versprochen, ist nicht 1 Press-Button nutzbar wie ursprünglich versprochen, die Zahnpasta-Pods halten nicht wie ursprünglich versprochen einen Monat - sondern sind nach gut 10 Tagen einer alle, die Zahnpasta schäumt nicht wie ursprünglich versprochen, die Zahnpasta muss über eine Pumpe selber aus dem Pod gepumpt werden und ist nicht automatisch wie ursprünglich versprochen, die Amabrush wurde nicht in Deutschland und Österreich gebaut wie ursprünglich versprochen (sondern in China), die Amabrush vibriert minimal aber am Mundstück kommt fast nichts an wie ursprünglich versprochen, es hat nur noch 10.000 Schwingungen in der Minute und nicht 20.000 Schwingungen in der Minute wie ursprünglich versprochen (dabei steht diese ursprünglich gemachte Aussage sogar auf der offiziellen Verpackung!), es putzt die Zähne nicht wie ursprünglich versprochen! Habe ich was vergessen? Der weltweite Versand sollte am 25. September 2018 starten (Stand 10.01.2019 haben vielleicht 500 Menschen ihre Amabrush erhalten - Einspruch Euer Ehren, Hörensagen...) - Die Amabrush App sollte im Dezember offiziell online sein (Stand 10.01.2019 bis heute weder im Google Store noch im Apple Store erhältlich - dafür soll man sich plötzlich direkt an Amabrush für einen Downloadlink wenden, auch hier nicht wie ursprünglich versprochen - alles was die anfassen ist MÜLL - und der Service ebenfalls! Ich wollte meine DEFEKTE UND NICHT FUNKTIONSTÜCHTIGE Amabrush tauschen lassen, und ich habe die wohl frechste Antwort der Welt erhalten: "... nicht erfüllte Erwartungen sind jedoch kein Grund für ein Ersatzgerät." - wir sprechen hier aber nicht von "nicht erfüllten Erwartungen" sondern von "nicht eingehaltenen ursprünglichen Aussagen und Versprechen zur Amabrush und deren Funktionen" - Saftladen! Zusätzliches erst später (nach Abschluss der Kickstarter Kampagne) zugekauftes Zubehör ist noch nicht einmal in der Fertigung aber kann nicht mehr storniert werden - ich habe also 109 Euro für die Amabrush aus dem Fenster geworfen und zusätzliche 100 Euro für Zubehör (was ich noch nicht einmal erhalten habe, wie soll das auch gehen wenn es noch nicht einmal produziert ist #UVStation) - aber Storno ist angeblich nicht möglich. Spart Euch Eurer Geld und kauft Euch eine gute Sonicare, da habt Ihr etwas das Eure Zähne wirklich putzt. Amabrush ist für wirklich nichts zu gebrauchen, das Teil werdet Ihr nach 3 Tagen in den Mülleimer werfen, oder Eure Zähne in ein paar Wochen wenn ihr deren Versprechen glaubt und komplett auf normales putzen verzichtet.

I was so excited when I saw this product online. It's a great idea and very unusual. I like that. However, I need to brush for 20 seconds as I don't feel 10 seconds are long enough for my situation, but that's no deal breaker for me. Also my first mouthpiece was clogged, but I got a new one from the customer service. The new one seems to be a tad better in terms of vibrations than my previous one. It seems to be a re-engineered mouthpiece, so be sure to get the newest one!

Product doesn't work, lots of false promises and dishonest customer service. Don't fall for it.

Don't waste your money! It doesn't work.
