I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the product. It was my first Kickstarter experience and I must say I don't think there will be a second one. After almost two years of waiting, my Amabrush arrived the day before yesterday. Indeed, the packaging is impressive and the device looks very professional. Unfortunately it is totally inefficient to clean your teeth. The bristles don't move at all, there is no friction and after 5 or 6 cycles, my teeth were as unclean as before the so-called 'revolutionary method for cleaning your teeth. On top of it, I has ordered and paid for a duo kit and I only received one mouthpiece. After reading the previous posts, I imagine there is no way I will get a refund.... This is a scam and I strongly advice against buying this product to prevent more disillusioned consumers....

Not working at all No vibrations on the mouthpiece and so there is no cleaning at all

I like the toothbrush, got it last week and using it daily. But I’d rather prefer to use my own toothpaste, hope they will offer this solution.

Got it last week- decent design! I use it occasionally as an add-on to my normal dental routine

The product does not clean your teeth properly. The company refuses refund.

Toothpaste tastes really great and the product feels so nice in my mouth! But please please revices the toothpaste dispenser. I don‘t want to press for several times just to get enough toothpaste! I just want to press once!!

They promised December 2017 delivery and a delivery date is still not in sight. From the reviews I'm reading by those who did receive it, it's a piece of crap. They refuse to refund money to kickstarter backers. Feeling more and more like a scam every day.

Fraud. Bait and switch. They do not respect EU consumer laws with regards to the right of withdrawal and cooling off period.
