They would not take a return back, even though the sweaters which were supposed to be X-large, looked like they could fit a doll. The company is supposed to be “American made” but they told me I’d have to ship it back to Dubai to return, and would not refund the whole order. This website is a scam and I would never recommend buying from it. Poor quality clothing and even worse customer service.

I always go to the Trustpilot site to check on companies that advertise on Facebook that look interesting to me. This is the first time I actually ordered because in the past all of them appeared to be scams. I got 2 sweaters and was pleased with how they looked compared to the pictures, The weight and textures are nice too. Not sure how they will wear or if they will pill, so I will update after sweater weather arrives, Glad I didn't want to return them as it sounds like that is a nightmare.

To be honest, I was apprehensive about buying clothes from a site I found on Facebook. But, to my happy surprise, the sweater I bought was beautiful!! It was carefully packaged and is of very good quality. I will definitely buy there again!
