Bought from them PinLock insert for motorcycle helmet - received cheap case for sunglasses from China ;D SCAM, apparently this company have several websites scamming people - be aware

Advertised as based in North Carolina. NOT. The order took over a month to arrive-all labels said “Made in China”. The fabric had no stretch and I even ordered up a size-and I’m not big busted-but the clothing is not made according to size chart; way too tight. Luckily I can use PayPal’s resolution center and they can see the haggling Alxoy does-“We will refund you this much”…not even half; I paid 118 for 3 items. Unprofessional, is not true to its refund policy, and they messaged me in Chinese; not from USA. Do not buy from this company. Total scam.

If I could give 0 stars I would. There are 2 items I ordered that need to be returned. They say on their website that it is easy to return. I have sent several emails- (no phone number is listed on the site) and have not heard back from anyone. The emails are being sent back and they were taken from their own site. I would not waste you money buying anything from them!!

The clothing is sized incorrectly for US sizes and they don't accept returns for sizing issues. A large is like a kid's size large in the US.

There is NO return policy. If you want to return an item, you are to email them for a label. They do not respond to your email. Simple: no label, no return

Alxoy completely lies about being able to make returns. They are telling me that I can have 1/3 of my money back and will not communicate on how to return the three tops I bought. The quality and fit is terrible. Do not shop here.

Placed an order on November 20 (today is January 21) and still have not received it. I received an order number and shipping confirmation but when I track the shipment it says “ label created but not yet in system”. I have emailed three times inquiring about the status with NO response. So aggravated!!

Horrible company - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Shipment took forever and the quality was horrible - not even remotely worth the cost. When I sought a refund they told me they dont give refunds and any returns had to be paid for by me (to Dubai!!) so very costly and not worth it. I claimed it as fraudulent charge on my card and my bank went after them and refunded me the cost. Would suggest this route - maybe they'll stop if enough banks have to refund customers.
