Took a long time to receive but satisfied with the sweaters.

I ordered 2 sweaters on September 24th and didn't receive a shipping notification. I reached out at 2 weeks and didn't hear back. I reached out again at 3 weeks and was told that one of the items I ordered was on backorder. I went back and forth with customer service and ultimately removed the backordered sweater from my order. My items was then shipped. I received it on November 2nd. It was not shipped from South Carolina, as the ad/website stated. The sweater that I received is good. Its not totally like the photo on the site. The photo looks like a grey sweater but the product is brown. The sweater is described as "coffee" and in person, it looks like that. And the design is slightly off from the photo. But not enough to not enjoy wearing the sweater. I'm not sure if I'll ever order from this company again, it felt like a scam. I was surprised that I actually received a sweater. But I'll enjoy what I ordered.

Hard to write a review without washing sweaters. When arrives they fit nicely and in good condition. Took a long time and made me uncomfortable shopping on line most likely won’t do it again

The items were fine, but it took 2 months for me to get them!

I liked both sweaters I ordered once they arrived, however, they were not as pictured in the add. The material for one was completely different, but I still liked the style, so I kept the sweater, the other sweater was just a bit different in style, but I still liked the fit so I kept it too.

Quality is great, price isn't terrible but I do need to return 1 of the items and nothing was in with the package. The only way to get a hold of them is by email which takes forever for someone to respond and asking a million questions... I'm torn with this company. Clothes are good but customer service sucks

I like 2 of the 3 sweaters I purchased. The quality is not as expected for the price but 2 are not bad. One is white and I can see it will be pilling soon and I have not worn it yet. I ordered a medium for all 3 and 2 are much more roomier than the other one. The style is as described. It took a bit to arrive but it wasn’t too bad.

The delivery was actually quite quick...didn't wait more than 10 days. The clothes are all a solid fabric, however they're very baggy and boxy. If you're a small person, they tend to hang a bit. Overall very comfy and cute. (They look a lot better on the models than on me.)
