I ordered 2 shirt from Alxoy. Quality was mediocre at best. Pictures on website look much better than actual product. Return process is sketchy.

This was much smaller than the picture depicts. I’m normally a small/ medium. I intentionally ordered a medium AND a large, hoping for the oversized look and based on reviews calling this sweater “true to size.“ I saw that if you rated your experience as negative, a review wasn’t available, but if I gave it a smiley face, I got to rate and review :) My intention was to share the one that I didn’t want with either my mother or daughter, depending on which one I kept. Well, both were smaller than the picture insinuated. I kept the large for myself, and gave the medium to my daughter, who wears a 00 and it still wasn’t what the picture looked like. I like the material, but the sizing is definitely not what’s pictured.

Clothes are fine but run a bit small. Customer service is truly the worst ever. Don't expect to see a dime. Nit a US made product

I’ve been trying to determine if this company is legit, and am having doubts. The website claims that all the clothing is all made in South Carolina. I like that, because I want to buy American made products. Yet their shipping page says it will take 35 business days to ship a product. Here’s the actual copy on their shipping page: “Due to high demand and the ongoing issues related to Covid-19, all shipment to Canada and the U.S are delayed.” That sounds like they’re shipping from China, not South Carolina. This makes me wonder if the site is legit and if any of the TrustPilot reviews of the products are legit. I’d love to be proven wrong, because the styles of clothing look beautiful. Their return policy makes it pretty clear that they won’t accept returns or exchanges (copied directly from their website): “Only if our products have quality problems, we will accept return request. And please allow a little bit color and size difference, this is inevitable.” So basically - if a product doesn’t fit, if it doesn’t meet your expectations…too bad.
