This is the softest sweater! It’s just like on the website! I love it

If I could give zero stars I would!!! Ordered 3 dresses. They don’t fit. I followed the process laid out on their website for returns. They responded offering me a 1/4 of what I paid and asked me to keep the order! I can’t use them they don’t fit!!! I responded no and they can back now offering me a little less than half saying that shipping back was going to be expensive so keep the order and they’ll give my $65 of my $140 order. What the actual hell??? It doesn’t say anything about no returns or final sales on the website! Complete scammers!!!

I received the items and was pleasantly surprised with the quality & the fit. My only complaint was that it took 5 weeks to arrive and if it's made in South Carolina that seems a bit excessive.

This company claims they are an American company but they are not. The package came from Dubai charged my card with a foreign transaction which was flagged by my credit card company and do not look like what you see online. I believe the reviews are all fake. Quality is poor and can not be returned.

This was the 1st time I ordered anything from this company online I love both of the sweaters I ordered. They are made well and can't wait to wear them I will order from here again.

The site said that everything shipped from South Carolina - it did not. It took over a month for the shipment to arrive from China. I will say that once I got the clothing though - the quality was fantastic and the sizes were accurate. I am overall happy with the purchase, but I do feel mislead. Alxoy's website and Facebook ads should not say that the products are made in or shipped from SC if they are not. I didn't find out the shipping time until I was nearly done with my purchase, and then it quoted 25 days. I ordered on 9/3/22 and I received my shipment on 10/10/22.

Do not order from this company. Clothes cheaply made. Poor quality. Two didn’t fit. They do not accept returns. I am disputing this charge.

The sweaters are great quality and the sizes are true. I am very happy with my order and plan to order again.
