Easy, good prices

Absolutely love the quality of the products. Cute, well-made, comfortable and unique. I did however find the six weeks between placing my order and receiving it to be excessive and will likely affect my buying decisions in the future. Perhaps some explanation or prior heads up from the company would have helped.

I ordered 4 tops and they were NOT at all what was pictured on their website. Had to send email to get return/exchange authorization and return address as nothing was included with my order — no receipt or return instructions. Also this company IS NOT in the USA — everything came from overseas.

This is a great shirt. It is exactly as described. It fits really well and super comfortable.

Do not buy from here. You can not return if you are not happy with your purchase. I tried to exchange for something else and they refused. They offered me $5!!!!! Really? An insult Do not buy from here!

I purchased a couple sweaters along with an undershirt for one of them - my first purchase with Alxoy. I was very pleased with how closely they looked to the site photos, and both sweaters are very comfortable and soft. Plus, the prices are reasonable.

Love the tops, love the fit. Soft, perfect tops

I would give a 5 star, but took a month to get my order. I would recommend changing shipping. Makes me hesitant to order again. With that said sweaters were nice quality, fit true to size, looked same as pictured.
