Clothing had nice stretch and fit perfectly

I am often hesitant to buy online but I loved the look of your products so I took a chance. I am very happy with the quality and will probably buy more in the future.

I give them credit for actually delivering a product that looks like what I ordered. Obviously this came from Asia, the size is way off and the actual product looks like it was made with much cheaper yarn. I am working with them now to get a return authorization, but they keep lowballing amounts they'll give me to keep the sweater - first offer was $11 when the charge on my card was $64. I really just want my refund and get rid of the sweater. Update: their response is that they can only refund up to $25 and that their return warehouse is in Dubai and "the shipping is very expensive. If you insist on returning, you will pay the freight by yourself." Downgraded my rating to one star. They're a scam with no customer service.

The sweaters were really nice. Exactly as pictured. Good quality and fast delivery!

The items were fine, but it took 2 months for me to get them!

I ordered two sweaters hoping they’d be as cute and nice as they appeared online. It took a long time to receive them, but I’m very happy with them. I took off one star because of the long delivery times.

Shipping time was good.. I was not in a rush. Quality was good/great, materials good quality. Sizing was slightly small but still fits (not as roomy as I would like)

ALXOY EMAILED ME WHILE IN TRANSIT AND AGAIN WHEN THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED..09...THIS SERVICE IS EXCELLENT...
