All sweater ran true to size
All sweater ran true to size. I got lots of compliments on my "Barbie" pink cardigan. I don't think their "oversize" sweaters are truly big. I ordered one and though I can wear with leggings it's not as big as I expected. Sweaters seem well made. I think they're shipped from China though. Took over their two weeks. That's why I took off One Star.

Unexpected social media find—beautiful product and good quality!
I have been burned by Instagram ads before so I was very worried about buying from Alxoy for the first time. Then I clicked on the site and saw so many great sweaters (it seems so hard to find beautiful sweaters!). I ordered about 9 for myself and my 2 daughters (thinking I would send some back). I love them all and now I am back on the site shopping for my sister and mom. Very pleased.

Well made but small…
The one sweater turned out to be a poncho which I did not realize with the pictures or description.It is completely open on each side. Super cozy, well made, and I think I like it. The other sweater is well made, but is the smallest XL I have ever seen. I ordered the XL because it was said to be “sooo roomy” ummm no. Not even with shape-ware. I’m actively losing weight so I will likely keep it in hopes that 20 lbs from now it will fit. But buyer beware. Clothes run small.

This company is the worst
This company is the worst. Sizes run small even when you go according to their sizing chart. Communication awful. 10 emails and still no sweaters or refund. This is not a SC company. Please don’t be fooled like I was. This company has ruined my purchasing anything from Fb because of false advertising. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

The shopping was great and the product…
The shopping was great and the product was delivered and all true to size and fit. The ONLY thing that I would change, is the time between order and receiving the merchandise. I wish it was quicker.

SCAM.These clothes are cheap, bad sizing and a scam
These clothes are from China, run extremely small, and when you try to return they will try to refund a partial amount only, while trying to force you to mail the clothes back to China where it will be so expensive to do, that you won't. A total SCAM. Do not buy from this site. You've been warned!
