Great company and great people. Communicative and care about educating their customers on not just their, but all, financial services available. They work in a niche market and serve that market wells.

Altrupay is by far one of the most unethical and fraudulent organizations I have ever delt with. I can personally attest that their sales reps are dishonest and deceitful at best, straight up lie at worst. Nathan Vanderpoel (Account Executive) and Bill Glass (Chief Revenue Officer) lie and cheat. In my case, I was having discussion with Nathan Vanderpoel and asking questions to understand their pricing T&Cs. I must also say that their contract proposals are extremely difficult to read and are extremely convoluted, even after significant time spent trying to comprehend. Based on this, I asked Nathan to confirm over email my understand of the fees which was $10.90 per month in fixed ($7.95 and $2.95) and variable fees of 0.5% of every dollar and 0.20 per swipe. Nathan responded with “confirmed”. The actual amount you will get charged will be nearly 500% more than what you were told at $50.85 per month, and this is at NO credit card swipes (so no variable fees). Seeing this huge discrepancy, I tried to work amicably with Bill Glass one a one-on-one basis. He told me there "there was a significant disconnect" between what Nathan told me and the fees charged, and that if he can't make this right, he will "personally close everything out". Bill Glass ended up stabbing me in the back by sending my account to collections where its now showing on my personal credit. If you’re considering this company, do yourself a favor and avoid it like your life depends on it. Predatory tactics used and they can't be trusted. I have all of this communication documented and can share with anybody interested.
