We really enjoyed working with Nick. Everything was a smooth transition and the total time it took from our first contact with him to finalizing our loan was done in a very timely fashion. We are so impressed with the process and how well everything came out. Nick conveyed what we needed and why to the underwriters and together they found the best route for us to take for a loan. They looked out for our best interest and there were no unexpected surprises or expenses. We knew exactly what we were getting into and that the payment and terms would work well for us and our financial goals. We know we have a good working relationship with the ALTRA team.

giving it's employees a way to stay connected to the company in a major way and I'm very appreciative

I tried calling to talk to a representative and even though it told me that my call was going to be recorded i wasn't able to get anyone. I'm a new customer so how am I supposed to know anyone's name or extension line? You need to make yourselves more accessible to people if you really want more customers.

My loan officer was easy to deal with for a HELOC loan. She did most of the work on-line and a phone call or two; until the paper signing at the end. The interest rate was fair and other than waiting longer than I would have liked, I was fully satisfied with my loan experience this time. It was not my first loan with Altra and likely will not be my last loan either.
