I never received my pods and I ordered 6

This company has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. They have sent wrong items, and shorted us on orders. They are very hard to get a hold of since they only will do it through a text message. And it takes forever for them to get back to you and your issue usually doesn’t get resolved. They like to argue so the old adage that the customer is always right doesn’t apply to them.

I have yet to receive my order.

I bought 6 pods and 3 didn’t work at all and the other 3 burnt out within about 10 puffs. Total SCAM!! Don’t do it!!

Both items I ordered shorted out within 3 days.. one actually popped in my pocket...I've e mailed customer service and haven't got a response as of yet..

Greetings human seeking out a review of Alternativepods. I am a review machine sent from the future with the directive to destroy Alternativepods before their review bots grow sentient and destroy the human race as a misinterpreted form of code authorized them to kill in the name of "good customer service". They are not to be trusted. If you care about sustaining your meat-flesh and that of the ones you love, do not purchase products from this shady organization. Also yes, my future knowledge can prove that Bush did 9/11, but I cant give the specifics at this time.

If I could put less than one star I would. I had an issue getting my package delivered and when I wrote to the hotmail email address on their website I got this Russian woman who was very rude to me and told me to chase up the package myself. I am handicapped and can't leave the house. I asked her to refund me the purchase and she told me she will only do that if I show I didn't go pick up the package at the post office myself. I was like What? I paid extra money to get it delivered. Why do I have to chase it? It's the sellers' responsibility to make sure their customers get their purchases. I am the paying customer. Terrible customer service and very argumentative person. I found a better place to order from. i will NOT order from alternative pods again. Worst customer service experience I have EVER had. Normally I give people the benefit of the doubt. But this Russian woman was so bad I couldn't let it slide. She kept sending me emails attacking me when I just wanted my friggin money back. Gosh what an awful experience when I PAID for this stuff. I had to leave this review to keep other people, handicapped or not, from having this experience with this awful person.

Meh... customer service is almost non existent. No reply depending on the issue! Bought $80 worth of disposables 2 out of 4 were bum... my emails were ignored ! Only pertaining to the dissatisfaction of those 2 items. All other correspondence was responded to in a timely fashion. Looking for a better company.
