The juice in the vape went bad. I could hardly taste any flavor so after a day of torturing myself I threw it On The Ground! On a more serious note it was not a great experience.

Trust the bad reviews here. This company had a shipping delay, didn't respond to any emails after one. Finally when I explained the issues there was of course 2 out of 3 units that were bad. Only one vape worked for any period of time and the other 2 quit in matter of hours, not days, and in one case after 4 or 5 puffs. Absolutely no response was given and no reply. Don't waste your money and don't buy the fake/counterfeit products.

Huge scam. They make claims about how long they've been operating, however the length of time changes. They shipped me confirmed counterfeit products and proceeded to fight with me about it. I think it's funny how every "good"(fake) review always mentions how good the company is at all of the issues complained about.

I ordered from this site, but I was extremely unhappy with the services provided. Items were shipped on time;however, the products ordered tasted very bad/burnt and two of them stopped working within two days. I have not had an issue with that specific product when purchased elsewhere. Customer service reached out to me, but never apologized for faulty products sent. They said, “we shipped the product, and you received in time. That means everything was expected from us.” They offered to inspect the products, but I had already thrown them out. When I order something I don’t expect to go through a bunch of hoops just to get my money back. I expect the product to be what I payed for from the start.

Don't buy from these guys. They will sell you defective products and then not respond. Their methods of contact are ancient and I don't think they know how to access those methods themselves. I had to email one of the owners, message them through "contact us", message them through my "returns" in my orders, and replied to their automated return authorization email for them to finally respond to one of them. The only thing that I can say is decent, is that they ship to all of the states.

Scam!!! Both products were defective. One dead straight out of the package the other died no more than 24 hours later. No response from company and it seem the want you to pay to send it back to them. Horrible experience. I am livid! Do not trust this company!

unfortunately I was buying frequently in this company and one day I make a return of a flying monkey mango Kush vape cart damaged half way and I got ripped off cause I lost my 28 s dollars plus tax and shipping cause these people stayed with my damaged cartridge and never sent me my return cartridge in exchange thanks God I switch to a better company that won't rip me off like these one I lost my money but you will lose a steady customer for not being a responsible company with your return policy I'm sure you won't be getting a single cent from me anymore I message the girl name Katz like 4 e mails she ignored my e mails and never sent my my cartridge back
