Alternativepods.comReviews of alternativepods.com

I've been a long time customer and have referred several friends & acquaintances to this online shop. They seriously have the most wonderful customer service reps, ever. Top quality products, super fast & reliable shipping, and the rewards are nice too. I had my first real screw up with a particular product. I understand accidents happen and mixups are to be expected once in a while. I figured the product I ordered 3 times back to back must've been in the wrong location in the warehouse or whatever. Sure enough, that was exactly the issue. They contacted me on the 3rd order just to check in. We sorted it all out. They not only made it right, they sent me bonus products to make up for the mixup. I told them how thoughtful that was & how I appreciated it. I will always continue to support these guys. Best. Shop. Ever. 100% recommend!

Let me start with this company has the best products, excellent customer service with a quick response time. I have been buying from Alternative pods for years and I have never been disappointed. I recently received a purchase that wasn't working. I sent a email and BOOM they responded instantly with an apology and they would promptly send a replacement. Along with my replacement I was given extra pods and a new product to try out FREE! Being a great customer does pay off. Thank you Alternative pods.

Great vape company. Had an issue and they resolved it immediately. Fast ship and competitive prices. Will use again for my vape needs

I have tried most every online vape store for mods, juice, coils and other vaping accessories. For the past 2 years, I have been exclusively using disposables, 0% nicotine free. 0% nicotine/zero nic salt is extremely difficult to find. I was constantly disappointed, swindled or received 0% service or responsiveness from competitors. Most sites look like "fly by night" companies, and are exactly that! EXCEPT! Alternative Pods! Sam and his company have ALWAYS been quick, responsive, and trackable. Their website accurately reflects what is in stock, and they are willing to find different brands to accommodate their customers needs. Pricing is often much lower than competitors, and shipping is FAST! If there is ever a problem with a product, Sam and Alternative Pods stand behind their merchandise (even when manufacturers won't). Give them a try. Alternative Pods is the best of all of them, hands down!

Sam was amazing! We got a defective device and I messaged customer service and got a response super quick. Sent in a few pictures and was issued a refund. Thank you so much.

Customer service was fast and prompt fixing an issue I had with an order.

Had couple of bad batches of vapes they replaced quickly. Sam was quick to respond and very helpful. Give this person a raise!

Very Fast Shipping and Very Fast customer service. I needed to add an item after I ordered, contacted Customer service and received a response super-fast. Other companies take a week or two for delivery. Mine came in two days.
