I've ordered from them for awhile and they messed up my last two orders. The first one, one vape was missing completely and the other was damaged. When I said one of the ones I ordered was not delivered, they replied with "we'll check the cameras and see if it was in fact not delivered". They gave me store credit for the damaged one but said nothing about the one they didn't even send me. Emailed multiple times with no response. Second order, they sent me the wrong product. Instead of doing the right thing and sending me the correct one, I have to return the wrong one on my own time and dime, wait for them to get it back and process it, then wait for them to ship the replacement. Poor customer service all around at this company. Take your business elsewhere.

DO NOT order from here!!! I ordered it over $100 worth of merchandise and the first time they screwed up sent my entire order to a random address an hour away from me. I Contacts customer service which takes over a week for them to even respond! Finally after I speak to the third person they offered to re-ship my order, when I get my order there’s only one disposable in there and over $100 of missing because the cheap packaging they used as was torn down the side, I had 100% proof and evidence of everything even the video of the UPS driver handed me the package that I opened right there, and they do nothing to help resolve this issue. Now it’s been months and I’m out of $100. SCAMMERS

I’ve ordered from this company multiple times with no issues. I had two defective products in my last two orders, though. I sent three messages and requests to customer service and just received a reply. They have not tried to resolve my problem and I haven’t heard back after I sent in my order numbers and specific products that did not work. I just wish they would reply so I know what’s going on- I paid for two products that never worked :(

They send out bad vapes. Vape tasted sour/yeasty, when I reached out to customer service I never reviewed a reply.

If I could rate this company as 0 stars I would. This is the second time I have ordered from them and shipped the wrong products. 1st time corrected. This time it has been a month since I returned 5 vape bars and still have not sent the almost $100 in product I ordered. No refund nothing. Customer service is horrible. It is my problem since I did not take a pic of what incorrect product mailed to me. Now they get my money and get to resale what I ordered. I have nothing.

DO NOT order from this company! This is a SCAM. No customer service! I ordered the product and according to the tracking number it was delivered to my mailbox. I did not have the product in my mailbox. I called USPS but they told me that the sender has to contact them. I sent three emails to the company, never heard back. I called and left a message, never heard back. I texted the number they provide on their website, never heard back. All the negative reviews are true. Everyone has the same problem. Now I have to call my credit card company to fight the charge.

Never received my order! It was clearly an issue with USPS, but the company has been extremely unresponsive to multiple requests for assistance with a replacement or refund. EDIT TO ADD: In spite of their response, I can confirm I never received this package nor did I sign for anything. I sent the proof of delivery slip to the company showing its not my signature. They still refuse to assist me. In normal circumstances, a company would refund or replace the item and file a claim with their shipper. Unfortunately they refuse to do so. As I did not pay the shipper, I have no recourse to address this issue whatsoever with the USPS. They also claim its "not fair" that I left this review as its not their fault. No, its not their fault that the USPS failed in its delivery, however as the seller it is their responsibility to assist customers who do not receive the package by filing a claim with the postal service.

I understand the company has no control when a product has been shipped. But when the package goes to your town to only be shipped back across the country in the wrong direction brings up red flags. I had asked why my packaged did this and all customer service did was provide an address they had sent the package too. The package has been in shipment for 26 days. When I reached out to USPS they had told me no one from the company had contacted them so it was another lie. Customer Service was short tempered with me and I called them out for not being American. If you are living in America, use an American email instead of Russian. Looks fishy. Good customer service would have shipped out a new product without hesitation and intercept the old package. Instead they explain they cannot do a damn thing about it which is BS. Worst customer service experience ever and goes on in an email explaining what a true American is like? They offered to provide a refund but i knew that was fishy as well. I called my bank and blocked all charges for this company. I in fact wrote another review, but they retaliated and called me wanting to resolve the issue. I pulled down the review until they took care of the issue and since they never did I am writing this review.
