Excellent customer service! Sam was amazing at helping to resolve the problem quickly!

This is the best company I have ever ordered from for my vapes. I recently made an order and received a non-working vape. They were very quick and prompt with their response. Very pleased. I love the vapes and they always last and work well. This was my first time receiving a vape that did not work.

I ordered 4 vapes from alternative pods. Somehow they all did not work. Which was weird cause I have ordered with this buisness before and never had an issue. I contacted them through email and they made things right. They promptly resolved the issue. Crediting back the money and replacing the vapes. I was very impressed. I will order from here again

Not only do they have the lowest prices online but thier customer service is the best I’ve ever come accross they really care about their customers and take good care of them 100% order from AlternativePods

To be very honest I thought I was getting scammed at first. My purchase status stated my package was to be delivered on a specific date and then the next day status changed that UPS did not recieve the package. I was nervous and reached out to Sam and he said that he would make things right, I was still hesitant and gave him a few days, in which he figured out the issue and rushed my order to me. He promised and delivered! I respect a company that can own up to a mistake and fix it. I'm very pleased I've purchased a few times with them and will keep ordering from them. It's hard to find an honest company.Alternative Pods is a trusted company! Thank you again!!

These guys are fast with shipping and very reliable. I have been ordering from them for years. I and an issue with one vape that was sent and they were quick to take care of me and very friendly. Highly recommend them.

I have really enjoyed ordering from Alternative Pods. They have a great selection of items along with easy availability to call or email. They responded to my email the very next day (I emailed laste in the day) and gave my the information I was looking for.

I made my first purchase and I tried a vape brand I never tried. I had to say they were the worst vapes I ever had. I did an online chat about the return policy. Not only did I get a credit for the vapes they sent me a replacement vape with a brand and flavor I like. Great customer service! I will be a forever customer.
