Recieved a defective item that looks different from the product I normally recieve (I normally order directly from the product website, but they were sold out). Not sure if the website is legitimate but I'm posting a review hoping to hear back from them. I did recieve my item promptly and I'm hoping this is just a common and easy to resolve error! I will update this review when I know more.

This company has NO customer service. I received a vape pen that did not work and they refuse to replace or even respond to email, text, and phone calls. I've never been so mad in trying to resolve an issue. So don't waste your money with this website. There are other better companies out there.

I ordered $125 worth of product. They shipped very quickly, or so I thought. I checked the tracking that is attached to the site and my package was out for delivery. It was never delivered. I gave it another couple of days and stopped into the local UPS office to try and pick it up. They have no knowledge of it. It never made it here. So first, the tracker from the site is different from the actual one. I contacted them to find out how to file a claim with UPS. I was told to give it a few more days. After another 2 weeks before I could get another answer, I was told I would be refunded. After a week of 4 or 5 emails, I was finally refunded. I wouldn’t order from this place again if I was paid to do so. Edited to add: You can email these people until you are blue in the face and your fingers are going to fall off and they don’t respond. As soon as you give them a negative review however, they can email you. Jessica, I SAID you shipped quickly - supposedly. I SAID the tracking detail on your site is different than the actual UPS site. Check it out sometime. Yours still says it’s out for delivery - 3 weeks later - not sure if this dude is walking or what. I understand you are out the product and whatnot. I shouldn’t have to keep emailing you and you ignore me in order to get my money back a MONTH after I placed my order - after I told you I had documentation from UPS that the package was not able to be located. So, yes, you DO deserve a bad review. Thank you for getting back to me - as soon as I posted the review - so quickly.

Battery is dead in just 2 days bought the 3000 puff

I received my order , quickly however 1 of the 2 vape pen were damaged oil spill in packaging . I sent an email complaint about getting it replaced , no response going on 2 weeks .

We have been ordering from this company for a long time and spend a decent amount of money. Everyone at our work orders together so we always order a lot. At first it was great and shipping was very fast. Then the last two orders they have shipped were completely wrong. Just put random vapes that we didn’t order in our package. The email I received the first time stated if they are out of that one that they send one close to the order which is garbage. If your out of that vape then credit us back. We thought we would give them one more chance and it happens again! Tried emailing them and the only response I got was “what was wrong with your order” and haven’t heard back. I’ve called and sent texts and several emails and no response. Now we are just to scared to order again for fear of wasting our money again 😢

They totally ripped me off,said that they were located in Illinois and they are located internationally,the number on my bank statement was 708-9691000,I never signed for anything or received anything and they took money from my account
