They are great , never have any problem, never had any problems with their products , but trying to get in touch with them is hard , I’ve had 2 puff bars plus , orange soda that was dead , tried to get in touch with them but never heard back from them , but I’ll take the loss , since I never had any other issues , that’s why I still will give them 5 stars

Shipping has become quicker somehow. Which is awesome. I work at a gas station and tell my favorite customers who buy vapes to buy from this site. And I don't see them as often so I'm sure they have bought products from here 💚 I have yet to get a defective vape, so far all have worked and I order from here once a month. Thank you very much. I just happened to find this website and took a chance buying the Hyde bars. I love strawberry banana and within days of ordering it came and iam beyond pleased to say the least!! Cheaper than my hometown vape store and real as can be. I will be ordered again!!

I stumbled across Alternative Vapes, while searching for a new company to buy my disposable vapes through, and I am SO HAPPY that I did!! The company that I used to go through is almost always out of my favorite vapes.. It sometimes takes me two weeks to receive my orders.. And they have TERRIBLE customer service!! Alternative Vapes ALWAYS has my favorite ones in stock and the shipping is SO SUPER FAST!!! I haven't had to contact customer service yet, but I'm assuming that I prob won't have much probs with this company!!
