I never received my package. I have emailed and no one has responded. Terrible!

Shipping speed is great but no customer service. I cannot get them to use store credit even though I have earned it

TLDR:: go anywhere else unless you want treated like garbage 🥴 if youre into that.. buy from them. I never had any problem ordering from here until I actually had an issue and needed an item replaced/refunded.. now its like I got ghosted by this company. Their return process sucks, it comes with no information and no one will get back to you. So im out $20 for this vape, which wouldnt be that big of a deal if the company bothered communicating at all. Absolute trash. Do better to service your customers. Update:: I did get a credit after threatening this review. Today i got an email asking why i gave them a bad review and why i didnt email them. After sending all the screenshots of how i attempted contact they magically found it and I got "our bad." Its called an apology, try it sometime. 0/10 there are plenty of online vape stores.. go with someone else. 🤷‍♀️ :update: please for more drama, go see the google page. So you can see all the lovely texts I got from this "business owner" They are real awesome..

You make me want to quit smoking. I had issues with your product and you never responded to my Comunications. Shows you don’t care about your customers so sad. You must be a democratic company to operate like our government! So I’ve chosen to use a different product found at a local vape store untill i ween my self off nicotine completely. I ordered my vapes 3 weeks ago and have not received them. I emailed the company and still no response.

Three of my products (original PuffBars) were bad. Liquid had already dried up. Sold me defective product.
