I did not receive my order and I have contacted at least 5 times with no response !!

I bought 3 disposable cherry, which I love and received all three to find out they all tasted burnt! No response from customer service. I am going somewhere else.

Its all good until its not. I had a Very bad experience (order#474620) in one of the orders I made. It never came and there was no answer as to what happened nor what to do. Completely ignored all the calls and emails reporting the problem.

I just did my first purchase from this online disposable vape store. I ordered two disposable vapes. Each vape was a different brand all together. When I received my order I did not get what I purchased. I got two of the exact same vapes. One vape was not received even though I paid for it. This really says a lot about a company when they can't satisfy a simple order. This type of mistake really makes a person not want to use this company. Like I said first time shopped.

One of the most sketchiest online transactions I've ever conducted. Their customer service phone number is really a Google Voice number and only allows for texting (no phone calls). They operate under weird business hours that are considered "after-hours" which leads me to believe the operators are foreign. You can tell a lot of the 5-star reviews on various sites are fake. Don't take a chance and stick with a reputable vape supplier.

I have been reading the "reply" messages from Alternative Pods to the customers who leave bad reviews...I have never seen anything like it in my life. It's horrible! How does a company get away with talking to their customers like this?!? I was asked to leave a review and I gave an absolute honest review. I am now scared to read any reply coming from this place....
