This was the first time I had a disappointment delivery. My order was messed up! The boxed were crushed. I ordered a kangvape 3000 plus tutti furti and it didn't arrive instead it was cotton Candy I sent alternativepods 2 emails I haven't gotten a reply yet! I asked them to send me the tutti furti at no extra cost! Customer service has not replied! I still recommend Alternative pods! I will be ordering again as soon as they resolve my issue. Good choices, no fakes, good prices and decent delivery with all the shipping BS happening I continue to use them.

Everything always comes as expected but I pay for expedited shipping for no reason since it always comes 2-3 days late.

Always good service, but one of my disposables leaked out in the envelope before I got it and I had to toss it out.
